Marrow (Pumpkin) Kookoo (Food Mixed with Egg and Vegetables)

Ingredients:

- Average size green marrow: 5 to 6 (one kg)
- Egg: 4 to 5,
- Onion: 3 to 4,
- Rubbed saffron: one measure,

Method of Provision:

Pass onion from large-size grater and fry it with three or four spoon of oil. Then, peel marrow and should be passed from large grater and put inside onion. Sometimes, it must be blended, aimed at drying slightly and dehydrating it. Saffron should be solved in a little hot water and should be poured with sugar inside pumpkin. Then, a little salt and pepper is added. Yeast (ferment) is taken out over the fire. Eggs should be broken in a container and then should be mixed well. A little salt and pepper is added. Yeast of pumpkin, which was de-heated, is poured inside egg and then is blended. Rest of oil is poured on frying pan or non-stick container and like vegetable kookoo, it is put on fire or baking stove. This kookoo can be prepared as sugar free.
