Lebanese Cooked Rice (Known as Majbous)

Ingredients:

- Rice: 4 measures,
- Belly pepper: 2,
- Fillet tomato: 4,
- Fried onion: 6 tablespoon,
- Chicken fillet: 500 gr.

- Half-pounded black cumin: one jam spoon,
- Curry powder: one jam spoon,
- Cinnamon: one jam spoon,
- Turmeric: one teaspoon,
- Black pepper: one tablespoon,
- Saffron solved in hot water: three jam spoons,
- Leaf of . . . .: 2,
- Butter and oil for frying

Method of Provision:

Strain rice and then it should be set aside. Taste fillets of chicken with salt and pepper and then, chicken should be heated in butter. (Fillets should first be pounded with beef-pounding device and then should be flavored). Put fried onion along with fillet of tomato on average heat temperature and then should be heated. After three minutes, black cumin, cinnamon, turmeric and curry powder and black pepper should be added along with belly pepper. The contents should be mixed completely with each other, aimed at being thick. Saffron should be added at the end. Half of the said materials should be poured between strained rice and then should be drawn. After preparing rice, it should be put on container and apply the rest materials on it.
