Shirazi Kalam Polo (Cooked Rice with Cabbage)
Ingredients:
Vegetable: (dill, leek, basil and parsley): half a kilo,
Turmeric: one teaspoon,
Salt, pepper and oil: to required amount,
Rice: half a kilo
Crushed cabbage: half a kilo
Minced meat: 300 gr.
Onion: 1
Rice spice: one jam spoon
Method of Provision:
First, soak rice and after a few minutes of baking, then, add vegetable.
Meat along with one grated onion is blended. Pinch a mixed part with hand and should be rounded with hand. Then, roll it on floor and fry in a little oil. The content should be set aside. Pour a little oil on saucepan and then, an onion is cut into pieces. Add salt, pepper, turmeric and condiment (spice) and then blend it. Add a little oil on floor of pot. Then, pour a little rice in pot. Juice of cabbage should be applied on it. Once again, pour rice and apply materials on it. We continue it as long as material is finished. Then, put pot on heat of temperature, aimed at drawing the rice. A cloth of rice drawing should be put on dish for better baking.
