Indian Red Lentil Cooked Rice

Ingredients:

Rice: 5 measures,
Minced meat: half a kilo,
Coriander: one bunch
- Red-color lentil: 2 measures.
- Onion: 3
Garlic: 10 cubes (large)
Tomato paste: 3 tablespoons (full)
Turmeric: three teaspoons,
Curry powder: three teaspoons,
Red pepper powder: as required (required amount). This food is native to Indian and is made with a bit more pepper than Iranians.
Saffron solved in hot water: 2 jam spoons
Salt: to required amount
Yogurt: one measure
Egg: one
Vegetable oil: required amount

Method of Provision:

Clean a bunch of coriander and then wash it. After that, cut it into small pieces and put it set aside.
Then, strain rice with a one tablespoon of salt and then, put it set aside. (Aimed at making rice softer)
Red lentil is placed in the pot along with a little water and cubes of garlic. The content should be baked completely. It is pounded with meat beetle slightly, aimed at smashing garlic inside the pot. Then, it should be set aside.
Fry one onion along with a little oil on a saucepan and 1.5 tablespoon of tomato paste, a little salt, and one teaspoon of turmeric, a little pepper and on teaspoon of curry powder are added. The content should be heated and then, mix of red lentil and garlic are added, aimed at obtaining a thick juice. Then, it is set aside.
Then, oil is spilled in a separate saucepan. Here, minced meat should be fried with two onions, a little salt and pepper, two teaspoons of turmeric and two teaspoons of curry powder, 1.5 tablespoon of tomato paste. At the end, cut corianders should be mixed with meat and put them set aside.
(No need to fry vegetable with meat, aimed at preserving its fragrance.)
Now, the rice which has been strained should be mixed with one egg and one measure of yogurt and two spoons of saffron. One third of the content is poured at a large-size Pyrex container with a little oil on its floor. The content should be spread on floor of the container.
Then, two tablespoons of meat juice should be put set aside and the rest materials are poured on the rice. It should be spread as a layer on it. Then, two tablespoon of red lentil is set aside and the rest of it is poured on a container and then it should be covered or coated with a layer of meat.
At the next stage, the remaining amount of rice should be poured and spread on the materials, aimed at covering all surface of red lentil.
At the last stage, rice with set aside red lentil and meat should be ornamented with skewed strings and put it on a container. If container if lid-free, cover it with a foil and put it in microwave with pre-heated temperature of 180 degrees of centigrade for a period of one hour. Then, take it out from microwave and let it be cold for a period of 10 minutes. Put it with the same container on tablecloth and then eat it.
Proposal: Maybe, preparing this cooked rice is time consuming but bear in mind that preparing this delicious food is worth eating along with your family members.
