Dish of Tomato in Microwave (Stuffed with Mince Meat and Rice)

Ingredients:

Minced meat: 250 gr.
Tomato: 5
Vegetable for making stuffed mince meat with rice): 1.2 cup
Rice: 1.2 cup
Split pea: 1.4 cup
Honeyed hot onion: 3 tablespoons,
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons,
Butter: 35 gr.
Saffron: 1.2 tablespoons,
Water: one cup
Pepper: to required amount

Method of Provision:

Soak split pea first for a period of 2 to 3 hours. Then, put it in microwave along with a glass of water for a period of five minutes without lid with 100 percent power. Rinse the rice and added to the said container. Add water two fold than that of volume of rice on it and then, apply a little butter and salt to it. Put container in microwave for a period of 10 to 15 minutes with 100 percent power.
Pour minced meat, hot onion, salt and pepper in an appropriate dish and mix them well. The content should be put in microwave for a period of 5 to 6 minutes with 100 percent power. (Blend it well once during the said period.)
Dilute a little tomato with boiled water and added saffron and butter to it and put it in microwave for a period of 3 to 4 minutes with 100 percent power. Mix all the above mentioned materials with vegetable of dish of tomato in a large-size dish. Cut head of tomatoes like circle and then take them out. Make inside part of cut tomatoes empty. Fill inside part of emptied tomatoes with yeast of dish of tomato and then, heads of tomatoes, which were taken out, should be put. Array them in a suitable dish and apply a little tomato sauce on it. Put lid of dish. Finally, put it in microwave for a period of 20 to 25 minutes with 100 percent power.
