Sabzi Polo (Cooked Rice Vegetable)

Ingredients:

- Rice: Half a kilo,
- Vegetable: One kg (leek, parsley, dill, coriander and a little fenugreek
- Rubbed saffron: one jam spoon,

Method of Provision:

Rice should be previously soaked. Vegetable should be cleaned up and washed. Vegetable should be put on a strainer, aimed at being dehydrated. Then, cut vegetable into pieces and strain rice like simple cooked rice. Apply two spoons of oil and one cup of water on the bottom of pot. Pour rice inside strainer gradually into the pot. The crushed vegetable should be sprayed gradually between rice. Then, apply one or two spoons of oil, one glass of water and rubbed saffron, solved in hot water, on the rice. Let rice be drawn on mild fire.
