Chicken Kebab

Ingredients: (For two persons)

Chicken: 750 gr. up to one kg: one,
Olive oil: 2 soupspoons,
Lemon juice: 2 soupspoons,
Grated onion juice: one to two soupspoons,
Salt and pepper: a little,
Saffron solved in hot water: a little

Method of Provision:

Chick should first be chopped or cut into pieces. Large bones of chick should be taken out. Mix olive oil, onion juice, pepper, salt and saffron with each other and then, chick is put at the said sauce. Small chops of meats should be skewed (as long as 25 to 30 cm). Cast iron saucepan should turn very hot and then, skews of kebab should be put one by one on saucepan. Two sides of skew should be roasted. After all skews of kebabs were roasted, then, they should be put on a bowl dish. Then, apply a little butter on it and serve it with sauce, onion and tomato.
