Cauliflower Stew
Ingredient:
- Cauliflower: one small size,
- Minced meat: 250 gr.,
- Fried onion: two soupspoons,
- Onion: one small one,
- Fresh garlic: one,
- Tomato paste: three tablespoons,
- Salt and pepper: to enough amount,
- Lemon juice: two tablespoons,
- Saffron solved in hot water: two soupspoons,
Method of Provision:
Cauliflower is first cut into pieces and washed completely.
Then, cauliflower is heated in oil.
Now, garlic pieces are peeled and washed completely. Each lump of garlic is halved and is fried in a slightly oil. Minced meat is mixed annually along with one small-size onion and a little salt and pepper. The manually mixed contents should be turned into like small balls and should let them to be heated along with fried onion.
Then, tomato paste along with meat should be heated and two glasses of water are added to the content. Let stew be boiled. Now, fried cauliflower and garlic and a little salt, pepper, lemon juice and saffron are added to the stew and let stew be boiled for half an hour on moderate heat.
Now, stew is ready. Serve it along with cooked rice.
